We literally converted a dump into a food factory. The client had purchased this warehouse that was being used as a recycling shed. The brief was to convert it within a very short time span and limited budget to a full HACCP compliant food factory. The client wanted to move his current factory to this new facility.
Our services included coming up with the process that the food production had to follow from receiving, storage, pre-processing, cooking, freezing, packing, storing and dispatch.
The process had to ensure that hygiene compliance was maintained throughout the process.
When completed, we asked the client if it was working. His reply was that his production had increased and wastage was drastically reduced. We are now working on his other facility.
