This notice explains how Aziz Tayob Architects Inc uses personal information sent to us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, and information about your site and project.

Why we collect it

We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if you appoint us, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to our office and read by our staff. It is held with our email and website hosting providers. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to an appointment are deleted when they are no longer needed. Records for appointed projects are kept as long as professional and legal requirements demand.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email architects@tayob.co.za. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
