Manufacturing, distribution, laboratories and a head office on one working campus.

The brief

Amka, a South African cosmetics manufacturer, needed its production, distribution, laboratories and head office brought together on one site in Pretoria.

What we built

The campus combines factory floors, high-bay warehousing, laboratories and offices, planned so that goods, staff and visitors each have a clear route through the site.

The relationship has continued in phases: an aerosol plant in 2020, upgrades to existing facilities including a new entrance foyer, and campus extensions (phase 2) in 2025.
